I am a Licensed Broker with 20+ years of Real Estate and Finance experience. next to fishing, Real Estate has been a strong passion of mine since childhood. As a Real Estate Broker, I understand the importance of time, accuracy, contract literacy, stern negotiation, and really listening to what my clients goals are.
I have advanced experience with FHA,USDA, Conventional, Veteran (VA), Texas Land Board Loans, and cash buyers. I am also certified and well-versed in down payment assistance programs such as TDHCA Down Payment, Rosebud, TSAHC, Homes for Texas Heroes Program, and City and County down payment programs.
I have years of experience with abandonment and sale of commercial, private, and government-owned utility easements, Right-of-way, streets, alleys, and government-owned property working with county hospital, federal government, commercial franchise, and residential developers. I've worked as the project manager on several deals to facilitate the construction process from start to finish.
